In the scene where Penguin dies, pay close attention to the penguin minions. At first, they are of standard height (you can tell by looking at them and measuring them against the backdrop). When they form the little Pall Bearers' procession, they have grown to incredible heights and are, in fact, easily as tall as the penguin himself.
