In the episode, "Rocket Beach", where the gang has to pick up the beach and make it clean so it can be named after Otto and Reggie, there is a slip-up. First, when Otto is surfing, after a hard, working day, his bandages disappear in a few pictures. Then, after he's called in, he paddles back. All you see is his face, a little of his body, and his left foot. His left foot is supposed to have a bandage. It doesn't. When he gets off the surf board, there it is again.
