1) Watch the episode where fat cop goes on cooking with Randy.
2) Watch right after they have that food fight type thing.
3) When they stand up, they both are trying not to laugh while saying their lines.

They always do that! Its a funny show you cant expect them not to laugh! Personally i think it makes it funnier when they do that! So i really wouldn't consider it a slip-up!

They were laughing because what they were doing during the scene was funny. It was part of their lines.

Apparently some of you have never seen "Carol Burnett Show" Harvey Korman and Tim Conway were always laughing and at times Carol would too. It happens more than people think. Just about every comedy I have watched I have seen people laugh or trying to hide their laughter. Sorry no slip up.

This is a slipup. As "actors" (Even if children), they are professionally supposed to maintain a straight face when they are recording.
