When the guy with the curly hair is looking for Cat, when he enters the Music shop (Cat is playing the guitar wearing headphones on), he a blue shirt on. Seconds later when he finds her in the library he is wearing a grey vest underneath the shirt..... It wasn't there before!

The curly head guys for your info. is Patrick (Heath Ledger). Cat (Julia Stiles) is spelled Kat and her real name is Katerina. I should know, I have seen the movie 100 times, and I have the same name.
