In the beginning of the show Angelica takes Phil's Reptar doll and gave him a box of crayons for Lil .. Then she is planning to take Lil's coloring book and give her a reptar space helmet when she is look at what appears to be Phil when she walks up and starts talking to Phil he turns into Lil.. You can tell because when you see "Lil" sitting down she is wearing sorts and no bow.. When she stands up she is wearing a skirt and a bow.
