Friends - Monica and Chandler's Apartment
If you notice where the kitchen is at Chandler and Monica's, there is a window. The window would look out to the hall, but instead it looks like the New York City instead. They should've noticed this before they even started!

Noooo, if you notice, the wall in their apartment turns a little bit and that is where the window is. The wall of the hall outside doesn't quite reach this point and turns. So if you looked out the window you WOULD see New York City.

Why would the window look out over the hall? That's not logical at all, if you look at the apartment set-up.

there is no way this can be a goof, you can always see into the hallway from inside the apartment, and can often see into the apartment from the hall, which means, they are in exact relation to each other, as they are supposed to be on the show, they are not seperate sets, therefore the window CAN'T be wrong.

I noticed this too, but remember it's only on TV... they don't even show the right building when they're supposed to show the building they live in... it's supposed to have a balcony on the side!

I think that the window would go out to the hall. I've seen this show thousands of times, and there is no way that window would be looking out over New York City. I can't believe I never noticed this before.
