This isn't that big of a deal, but I think it's a slip-up. In Munchkin Land, when the witch is talking/yelling at Glinda and Dorothy, she afterwards disappears in a cloud of smoke. In the small pond, you see a late reflection of the first fire, but there is no reflection of any remaining smoke or fire. The fire was still there but no orange reflection in the pond.
