Near the end of the scene where the construction people are playing music with tools, there is a quick scene showing the one guy using a grinder on a barrel. At the end of that particular scene, he jerks his head up, and his hardhat falls off.

It's kinda hard to notice at first, but after a couple viewings it's pretty noticeable.
