Not all cars in England are right hand drive. if you buy cars from Europe such as VW Beetles they are left hand drive and in the scene where Felicity picks up Austin after he gets shot out the window by the Bazooka it looks an American car and they use left hand drive cars.

If you noticed, Felicity is American. Her car is just like Austin's, only it has the American flag on it. Her car is American, so it should have the steering wheel on the left side.

It's because Felicity is driving an American Car. It symbolizes that she is not a British agent.

The driver's side is on the left side in Felicity's car probably because she's American and so is the car. Austin's car has the driver's side on the right side because he's British and so is the car. That's what I think...

It is possible to own a car with the steering wheel on the left in England. I just always passed it off that she had a car like that because it was too difficult for her to learn to drive in the opposite side of the car.

Maybe it's a spoof because they are in California (the whole comment about England looking nothing like Southern California, ha ha) so maybe it's just continuing the joke.

her car is American. And she's driving on the left side of the road not the right. It only looks like she's on the right when she takes a turn because she takes it wide, going from the left to the right lane. I went into more detail in another category (I forget which).
