In the episode of Hey Arnold when Arnold finds out about what happens to his parents, right before Arnold's parents leave, his mom hands him to grandpa. If you look, you see grandma has reddish brown hair. But then, the shot goes to his parents walking out the door, and when it returns to grandma, her hair is light brown. So you see the animators screwed up her hair color.
