When Harrison Ford's character is confronted by Leon (about 1:02:30 into the movie) after some fighting Harrison is thrown onto a car windshield. If you slow-mo his landing onto the car you can see that the car windshield is already broken to prefectly fit his landing body

I think this is not really a slip up. I mean did you expect them to actually make Harrison Ford smash into the window? A slip up is something like a continuity error, something that could not happen and is not explained by some invented rules, or a messed up line. If you watch jurrasic park, in places they have stunt actors! I mean thats not a slip up, it is deliberate, and it really is quite pathetic to slow down you tape to find that out.
