Friends - Breaking the Smoking Laws!
In New York, it is illegal to smoke within 100 yards of a public building entrance. Yet Chandler does (Central Perk), Rachel's boss does (the one where Rachel smokes,) and I'm pretty sure others have too!

Are you sure this law is current? If so it would be really hard not to break the law because there are public building entrances practically every few yards in New York City!
