Rudy - Back to the Future?
In the scene at the bus (or train?) station, Rudy is sitting with his father, waiting to go to ND, and they are having a deep conversation. There is a travel-advertisement bulletin board in the background featuring New York City. It is a view of the NYC skyline prominently featuring the World Trade Center twin towers. I don't believe the World Trade Center was built until the early '70s.

The World Trade Center opened in 1971, and this scene takes place in 1971. So this is quite possible. I don't agree that it is a slip-up.
