When James Bond (Sean Connery) is at the health spa the pilot is lying on a stretcher with his face bandaged. JB leans over to remove the bandages to see the guy's face. In the long shots JB has short sleeves on his shirt but in the close-ups the shirt has long sleeves.

This is a real slip-up.

And really funny to see.
