When Tom Hanks is trying to make fire and cuts his hand, he grabs Wilson with his hand, and his fingers are spread out. But, all through the movie, Wilson's outline was his hand w/ the fingers all together.
Tom / Chuck keeps redoing the hand print on the volleyball. This becomes obvious after Wilson gets lost and Chuck finds him. After Chuck finds him you see Chuck re wrapping his hand and there is a fresh print on Wilson.
No. Wilson never matched the original hand-print, but let's allow at least a little bit of room for artistic license. I thought Wilson was pretty cool looking as he was. Anybody aver hear of 'suspension of disbelief'?
