While in Washington after escaping Antarctica, there is one scene where Mulder and Scully are reading a newspaper. They notice that the government covered up the virus by claiming it was the Hanta virus. When Mulder mentions their names were "mysteriously omitted", the other page in the newspaper is completely blank.
