Two of A Kind - What Polish?

This one is so obvious, I don't know how it got by! In the episode where Ashley gets all depressed because of Taylor's girlfriend, Megan, and Mary-Kate get a pigeon, Harriet, Ashley gives Harriet a pedicure with PINK NAIL POLISH. When Harriet is bought again by Carrie and brought home, Carrie says "Now don't be surprised if she looks a little different, she has been through alot" Mary-Kate says "I'll say, her nail polish is all chipped!" Carrie replies "Nail polish?!?" and they do a close-up on Harriet. Pink nail polish? Her nails were clearly black, as a normal bird's. There was no nail polish on ANY nail, not even chipped polish! They should have noticed that in editing and at LEAST added it in via computer!

jasmine writes:: Carrie ended up getting the same bird but she didn't know it until she came home with the new bird and Mary-Kate tells her that Harriett's nail polish (that Ashley put on before they even let her go) was chipped.
