in the rhythmic gymnastics episode, when Kate hurts her foot, you the the thing land one one foot (her right i think) then in the locker room, she has an ace bandage around her other foot, then later it switches back to the correct foot.

In this episode, when they are in the locker room, the first time you see Kate's foot, the camera is looking into a mirror. That's why it looks wrong.
