At the part of the movie when Seth Green's character is in the bathroom getting ready to meet some girl, they show him with his jacket on. Then the camera moves to show him in the mirror, and his jacket is off.
Maybe that is because he took it off? Have you ever taken a jacket off?? And if that is a slip up, then everything in a movie would also be considered a slip up.
