On an episode where a Ventriloquist visits,he performs an act with the Doctor. When he's finished he sits the dummy down facing the camera. When the angle changes,then back to the Ventriloquist,the dummy's head is facing left. Then when the angle changes,then back again,the dummy's head is facing right.
