Watch the scene where Nicholas is in the cab that flies out into the water, notice how he's shaking around in his seat before the cab is in the air because he forgot to buckle his seat belt. But then the next scene seconds later when the cab is in the water, he has to un-buckle his seat belt to escape. Why would he need to un-buckle it if he never buckled it in the first place?
