This flub takes place near the end of the movie when Michael Douglas' character, wearing a German officer's uniform, enters a guard shack before attempting to cross over to Switzerland with his spy friend played by Melanie Griffith. The silver German eagle insignia on the upper part of the front of his hat is missing in some of the shots and present in others. He had it on his hat before he came in, but when he's inside the bird is gone for a while. It reappears when he makes his dash for the Swiss border.
