In the episode when the south park kids go to china to face off against the Chinese in the dodge-ball championships, pay attention in the time right before Kenny dies. he is blown into the wall by a dodge-ball and killed. as he is blown back, several of his team members are visible. Cartman had been declared as "out" earlier, but he is clearly visible in the Kenny death sequence.
