What Women Want - Markings on the Floor
It occurs when he is trying to find out if shocking himself for a second time "cured" him. He is in the center of a mall and trying to find out if he can hear women. If you notice in all of the shots of him the floor below him doesn't have any marks, but at the last shot from above it has a pattern in the floor.
