Three Kings - The Living Dead
Twice in this movie, corpses are breathing normally. Why does the small child mourn his mother when you can clearly see her eyelid move when we see her from the side? And why do the heroes mourn their fallen comrade when he is laying there visibly breathing as they talk about how tragic it is! The only thing tragic is that those responsible kept their jobs!

The actors are still alive, hence there breathing! I`m sure that you would not want to the actors to actually die to make it look more realistic would you? Not really a slip up in my eyes, just a reality. When your alive and kicking you breathe!
