Titanic (1953 version) - The Ultimate Boo Boo!
When the Titanic strikes the iceberg, it clearly is on the Starboard side of the ship. However, we are quickly switched to an underwater shot where we see it slicing the port side of the ship!
What is even worse, the whole sequence above was lifted and used again in the "Unsinkable Molly Brown!"
