Escape From New York - Baseball Bat Disappears
In the scene where Plisken has to fight a big brute in a boxing ring with a spiked baseball bat, he slams his baseball bat into the back of the brute's head. It sticks into his head.
The next scene, which shows the brute falling, the bat has disappeared from the back of the brute's head.
