In the last part of the movie after Johnny and Baby have done their thing on stage, most of the audience start to get up and dance too. In one scene, you see two old ladies, One of whom brushes her mink coat off her shoulders and then steps back only slightly. If your quick enough, you see a young man stoop to pick up the coat off the floor but she is standing on it and you can see him yanking at it. Once you spot this you always look for it. It cracks me up!
