At the beginning of the commercial, when Britney throws off her hat and she has her hair in a pony tail. In the next scene, her hair is down. The scene was only for a second so you have to pay close attention, or be half asleep.

Actually...her hair is just shoved up into the hat. So when she throws the hat off it falls down.

It wasn't shoved up or in a pony tail, you can clearly see her hair is at her shoulders and is is really blonde.
