Scene when T-rex flips over the Explorer w/ Tim and Lex in it.

Watch right after the Explorer lands on it's roof. Clearly visible are 1.) Palm tree in planter box (on the road to boot), 2.) a lighting stand, 3.) and what appears to be plywood leaning against the concrete foundation for the fence.

If you look close enough, you'll also be able to see a guidewire hooked up to the Explorer.

I hope whomever was in charge of checking continuity got fired. Worse yet, how could neiter Spielberg nor Michael Kahn catch that in post?
