Ripley is driving the APC down the tunnels to get the marines out and Gorman fights with her to get her away from the controls. Between them they manage to drag the APC down the wall,scraping the hell out of it (a shot which I must say nearly made me cry since this is the coolest looking vehicle ever) and into a support strut. If you pause just before the side skids into the strut, I think you can see the wire (which drags the small-scale model APC along) coming from the roof.

Also, when Ripley and newt are in Medlab in the facehugger scene, before Ripley tries to smash out the protective glass with the chair, there are already 3 marks on the glass(previous takes?). As she swings the chair, the mark on the bottom right is gone and when she connects with the glass, it's this mark which she causes, suggesting the scenes weren't filmed in order.
