Wizard of Oz, The - Tinman's Legs
When Dorothy discovers the Tinman, she is told to oil him. Just before he sings his song, he falls backwards. Dorothy or the Scarecrow never oil his legs till half way in the song. So how did he move his legs to fall?

I think that they already oiled his legs, so he could move them, but when he is singing his song, he frantically points to his locked knee, simply implying that he needs MORE oil.
