In the episode Jumper, the season premier for the fourth season of NewsRadio, when Dave borrows Joe's cellphone that turns on all the lights around Beth's desk, in the scene immediately following where Catherine and Lisa are talking to each other in the phone, you can see Beth's desk in the background, but lights are off again.
