Go to part where Kirt (Owner of Mondo Burger) requests his kitchen to make the burgers three times bigger than Good Burger's burgers. His shadow in the background doesn't move! What's up with that?
Plus, look when Kurt is looking out the window. You see a statue of him beside the window. So, yes, the shadow you see on the wall is a statue of Kurt. The statue is a funky, blue color. And of course, a statue would not move.

The shadow is not supposed to move. It's supposed to be funny. A mistake that bad would never get past the editing room. They meant it to be of a more slapstick nature.
