During the film when THE MAN is wearing his leather jump-suit and chasing Fool and Roach through the house, he is blasting several random holes into the walls with a large shotgun. Later, when the police arrive, they cover the whole house and find nothing. It is sort of apparent, but not made clear, that there is another secret hallway on the other side of the house, but if you look at the house from the outside, it really is not that much larger than a regular home.
