In the scene where Wyatt is dealing cards and Curly Bill and Johnny Ringo walk in causing trouble. At about the time things get heated between Ringo and Doc, watch Wyatts hands, the scene faces Wyatt and shows his right hand reach under the table and grab a shotgun, taking aim at Ringo. The gun that Wyatt was holding was not a shotgun. For your information, it was a revolver.

First of all It's his Left hand that goes on the shotgun. His right is on the table. At no point when Doc Holiday and Johnny Ringo are having their heated talk does both of Wyatt's hands appear on the table. Only after Ringo has left does he take his LEFT hand off the shotgun and has both hands on the table. I think you need to go look again, brains.

This should help clear up the whole thing: Wyatt is seated at the table with both hands in plain sight. As the scene develops and tensions increase, he moves his right hand under the table. Several shots later, including the Latin interchange, we see Ringo draw down on Doc. The camera shows Wyatt's right hand thumb cocking the right barrel of the 12 ga. Coach Gun, called as such due to its popularity as a Guards Gun on Stagecoaches, thus the term 'riding shotgun'. The scenario develops, Ringo starts twirling his single action sixgun and in the last two shots where he completes his routine and returns the sixgun to his holster, we see Wyatt moving his right hand back up on the table. Doc then twirls his cup and the scene concludes with the crowd laughing at Doc and Wyatt returning his left hand to the table. At no time during the scenario does Wyatt have his left or right hand on a revolver, the scene is a mite bit confusing at first viewing and may lead you to think that is what you see, but pausing on the shots will give you a clear image that his hands never touch a revolver and that the only hand to touch a gun is his right hand on the shotgun as he brings it to full-c*ck making it ready-to-shoot, with his right hand thumb.

Bowler Joe writes:
It is obviously a short barreled double barrel shotgun attached to the underside of the table that Wyatt has his hand on and cocks a trigger. There is no pistol involved with Wyatt in any way in this scene
