Matilda - Pancake Un-Cooking

In the intro, when Matilda is cooking her pancakes, watch carefully. When there is the close up of the frying pan, the pancake is very burnt, but on the wide shot straight afterwards, the pancake is rather light. Must be magical pancakes or something!
