After Uncle Willy (Walter Matthau) has a heart attack, the next scene is in a hospital lobby. After George Burns enters the lobby, watch the top center of the picture and see the boom mic follow the conversation left and right.
If i remember right, this scene was during the filming of their old skits so they were actually on a film stage, (filming a movie during a movie) so having a boom mike, would actually be ok to be in frame, so no slip-up
