I happened upon C-SPAN the other day and caught a portion of Dubya's speech at the American College of Cardiology's 50th Annual Scientific Session. Dub's topics included a Patient's Bill of Rights, the un-insured, and Medicare reform during which he spoke of senior citizens with heart problems, osteoporosis, and "other such de-abilitating diseases".
