In the commercial a family is in operation mode to acquire the target of buying tickets. Dad is in the car circling the lot, while mom and the three kids are hustling to the box office. During the scramble to get to the box office, one of the boys falls and is left behind, but alas the movie is "Sold Out" and the mission is aborted. The next scene shows Dad the mission commander scolding his troops, mom and two kids, about not using to buy tickets. Was the other boy really left behind?

When they said, "Leave him" they said it while running to the ticket window, not wasting time by stopping to help him up. I'm sure when they went back home, they weren't going to leave him behind.
