During the Sydney Barringer section of the Prologue, when Sydney jumps off the building and the action freezes, the cars at the intersection underneath him stop at a red light. When the action resumes (and Sydney falls), the traffic continues forward, but the light doesn't change, so the cars are driving AGAINST the red light.
