Almost Famous - MicroBus
Just after Stillwater (well, guitarist & singer) gets in the fight about the crappy stillwater T-shirt, you see William and Russel (guitarist) walking by themselves. Watch the green VW Microbus go by in the background.. in the very next scene, it goes by again. Then finally, the driver of the Microbus just pulls up (for the 3rd time im guessing) and asks Russel to come over to the party.
Hmm maybe he was just a big fan circling the block, waiting for the right time to ask ?!?!

Also, this VW is seen at the very beginning of the movie during the credits!! This van really gets around, huh?

I noticed this too, and I highly doubt that it was supposed to be multiple vans since there were so many in such rapid succession. I think I counted one more than the original poster counted though. Also, if you watch them, subsequent vans seem to be further back on the road than earlier ones. I think it's just a case of multiple takes and too much stuff going on in the background. Cue the Van!

Did ya ever think that it could of been multiple vans with different people driving them, The VW Van was a very popular vehicle back then, especially for a bunch of concert going hippies
