ER - Time Inconsistancy
In one very old episode from the first season of ER, a woman is pregnant and is having seizures during the birth, so Dr. Greene decides to take the baby out prematurely. Complications result and the woman dies, they show a shot of a clock in the background and it clearly says 7:00, but when they say the time of death they say 6:02

No thats not right- I have the first season dvds, and the clock clearly says 6:46, and one of the woman doctors calls it and says "Time of death 06:46"....even the title of this is called "6:46"
