Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home - William Shatner's Hairweave
Look carefully at the sequence where William Shatner emerges from the water after releasing the whales from the transparent tank. When he stands up out of the water with his back to the camera, you can see the back of his BALD head.

William Shatner is exceptionally vain about his hair, unlike someone like Sean Connery who readily admits to wearing hairpieces. Despite going bald in his twenties, Shatner keeps trying to convince people his hair is real. So seeing himself "exposed" on the movie screen should have prompted some fast editing.
