In the episode Nemesis part 2 go to the part where the Nemesis is blasting the terrain and then where you see Optimal Optimus and Tigerhawk hiding from the blast under the rock. Tigerhawk's left and right arms have been switched around. And later in the episode where Dinobot watches Megatron press the button to destroy the ark. His left eye and right eye have also been switched around.
