Vali the Mighty knows WHY they hid the towels, silly, that is obvious. He/she is simply saying that they did HAVE the towels prior to the woman (Samantha from Sex and the City) asking for one!

I think that Vali the Mighty knew the reason the guys hid their towels. The point that he (she?) was trying to make was that the guys did not have towels with them in the earlier scene, and they suddenly appeared just so the guys could hide them behind their backs. Definitely a slip-up.

They're not talking about them hiding the towels behind their back! Maybe they grabbed one when the scene was on the lady! You people need to think before you put up slip-ups! I mean maybe they went the place to get towels while the girl was talking!
