At the very beginning of the movie, when Chuck Norris and Lou Gossett are tied to the ground, Chuck breaks the bottle of Perrier and cuts himself loose as Lou screams about something crawling up his leg. As Chuck starts cutting Lou's hands loose from the posts in the ground, notice his left foot is already free even though, no one cut or untied the rope.
