Hannibal - On or Off?
When Agent Sterling goes to visit the man (Can't think of his name) who worked in the hospital where Hannibal was kept, the fan in the window is on. Then after they talk for a little while, the fan is off and the man gets up and turns it on, which was already seemed to be turned on in the first place...

How dumb are you people? The fan in ? is a box fan that you put in the window. If there is a breeze is coming in, it will spin the blade. How many of you know of this happening to themselves. Esp. if you live on the ?th floor

I think stainaged has a good point, although, I just saw the movie for the third time, and it now occurred to me that the blades are slowing down when the first shot is taken, so a few minutes later it would stop so Barney could turn them on again
