In the advert, it starts with the Chinese girl looking out the window, then turning to eat some noodles out of a bowl. She then gets noodle sauce on her face.. or so it would seem if you didn't look closely.

If you watch carefully when she turns to grab the dish of noodles, the stain is already on her cheek! What's she been eating?!
