X-Men - Day Turns to Night
During the scene where Logan and Rogue are on the train, take a look at the window. It seems to me that it is day time. But a few scenes later it shifts to night. Just my observation.

It was supposed to be night, as per the scene before when Wolverine was riding the motorcycle, it was dark as anything. But yes, it was a little too light outside that window on the train just before Magneto ripped it apart to reveal it to be again, dark as anything.

Well, its pretty common for night shots in films to be shot during the day, In fact, i have seen, to my annoyance, plenty of shots where people are sitting in there bedrooms at night and it is far to light outside to be night time, this is just an innocent slip up that happens all the time or it was shot earlier than the other scenes.
